These terms apply to purchases from rovuni. Please read them together with the policies linked below before placing an order.

Products and prices

The description, specifications, available options, price and delivery information shown for an item and at checkout form the information for your purchase. Prices are shown in the currency displayed to you; the final order total and applicable charges are disclosed before submission. No manufacturer affiliation, authorised-dealer status or additional commercial warranty is implied unless expressly and accurately stated for an item.

The total payable is disclosed before you place your order. We bear the taxes and customs clearance charges covered by our delivery commitment; no undisclosed tax, customs or COD charge is to be collected from you on delivery.

Placing an order

Review the goods, delivery details and total payable before submitting your order. After submission, you receive the order information through the store confirmation process. If information needs correction or we cannot fulfil an order as agreed, we will contact you to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; statutory withdrawal and other mandatory rights remain available.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you notice an error in an order, contact us promptly. Any cancellation, correction or remedy is handled under the applicable terms and mandatory consumer law.

Payment

Orders are paid by cash on delivery (COD). Pay the total shown in your order confirmation to the delivery representative when your order is delivered. No prepayment or additional COD fee is required.

Delivery

We currently deliver to: Austria, Poland, Germany, Czechia, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Greece, Hungary and Italy. Orders are dispatched from 1895 HUNTER CREEK DR, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33982, United States.

  • Order processing: 1 business day after the order is confirmed.
  • Transit after dispatch: 4–9 business days.
  • Estimated total from order confirmation to delivery: 5–10 business days, including processing.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracked standard shipping is free for all listed destination countries, with no minimum order value. No additional cash-on-delivery fee is charged.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

You may notify us that you wish to return an item within 30 calendar days after receiving it, and send it back within 14 calendar days after that notice. Return shipping is free for both change-of-mind and faulty-item returns, and no restocking fee is charged. Applicable statutory withdrawal, refund and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.

Faulty goods and statutory protection

Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or do not match their description. We bear the costs of the applicable remedy. EU consumers retain their applicable statutory conformity rights, generally including a legal guarantee of at least two years where required, and any longer national protection. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, remedies can include repair, replacement, price reduction or reimbursement. The 30-day return service does not limit those rights.

Liability and applicable law

These terms do not exclude or limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection, liability for fraud, and liability for death or personal injury where applicable. As a Florida business, the seller is subject to applicable law; no choice of law or forum in these policies deprives an EU consumer of mandatory protections or court rights available in their country of habitual residence.

You retain access to the competent courts, consumer authorities and applicable statutory complaint or dispute-resolution procedures. No particular arbitration scheme or third-party dispute membership is claimed.
